Jawaharlal Nehru Port, better known as Nhava Sheva or JNPT, is India's largest container port and the primary western India gateway for RR Brothers. It is also where our own Mumbai office sits, giving us direct, on-the-ground control over bookings, documentation and cargo handling rather than relying on a subcontracted agent.
Into Nhava Sheva we run both FCL and LCL sea freight from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai, backed by access to the full carrier network we work with — CMA CGM, COSCO Shipping, Maersk, MSC, ONE, Hapag-Lloyd and Evergreen. That breadth of carrier coverage means more sailing options and more flexibility on transit time and cost.
Because Mumbai is our own team rather than a local partner, cargo booked through Nhava Sheva is planned, documented and tracked by the same organization from our Guangzhou headquarters through to final delivery in India.
